Healthcare & Welfare Vinyl Systems

Specified for IPC compliance, resident safety, and 25-year operational lifecycles.

A three-tier Japanese-manufactured sheet vinyl system from Toli Corporation — engineered for the performance demands of infection control leads, aged care facility managers, and healthcare architects specifying for clinical, residential-care, and rehabilitation environments.

All three products share an integrated antibacterial, no-wax topcoat and heat-weldable seams — eliminating the wax-strip-reseal cycle that periodically breaks the hygienic barrier and disrupts ward operations.

Choose by application

Hospileum NW — 2.0mm Low-maintenance cushion vinyl for general clinical zones, consult rooms, aged care corridors, and administration areas. The everyday workhorse where hygiene and underfoot comfort matter more than impact loading.

SF Floor NW — 2.8mm Cushioned commercial vinyl for heavy-use clinical and welfare environments. Adds resilience for trolley traffic, equipment movement, and longer staff shifts — without compromising the hygienic surface.

CareSafe NW — 4.5mm Maximum impact-absorption rating in the system. Specified for rehabilitation, dementia care, falls-risk areas, and bathrooms where resident safety is the priority design driver.

Why specifiers choose this system

  • Single-source compatibility — match aesthetics across zones with different traffic and impact loads without specifying outside the system
  • Heat-welded seamless installation — removes joint lines as bioburden reservoirs
  • No-wax maintenance — material reduction in cleaning labour, downtime, and lifecycle cost
  • Technical support — data sheets, samples, and project-specific specification advice from EcoFloors
