Waverly Heights — Gladwyne, Pennsylvania

• A retirement living community refresh delivered in partnership with RLPS Architects and the Waverly Heights team. Brintons supplied custom Axminster and tufted carpet across the lobby, conference room, staircases, and corridors, working to a palette of greys, blues, creams, and orange accents. A full-property scheme, not a single-room install.

River Landing at Sandy Ridge — North Carolina

• A 2018 senior living residence transformation in partnership with ID Collaborative. Brintons produced 11,706 m² of custom-designed Axminster — the largest documented project in this set, and a clear indicator that Brintons' bespoke design service scales to whole-village programmes, not just feature areas.

• River Landing at Sandy Ridge, North Carolina,

Blue Hills Rise — Melborne retirement-living development

• A 16-apartment retirement-living and lifestyle development. Brintons is confirmed as the carpet supplier; full specification details are subject to client confidentiality but the project sits within the same custom-Axminster aged-care category as the two above.
