Installation Guide

  1. Ensure the subfloor is dry, flat, and free of debris or contaminants.
  2. Acclimate plywood sheets in the installation area for 48 hours prior to use.
  3. Lay sheets with staggered joints; ensure all edges are tight and level.
  4. Fix securely using staples, nails, or screws at 100 mm centres along edges and 150 mm centres internally.
  5. Leave a 1–2 mm expansion gap around all perimeters and fixed objects.
  6. Fill joints and fastener indentations with compatible filler; sand flush.
  7. Do not install floor coverings until filler is fully dry and the surface is smooth.
