At 12mm, Lifestyle is the most substantial floor in the hybrid range — an Expanded Polymer Composite (EPC) plank built for the projects where underfoot quality, acoustic comfort and durability all have to be felt, not just specified. In apartments and townhouses, footfall noise between dwellings is a design requirement and the most common post-handover complaint. Every Lifestyle plank carries an attached 2mm IXPE acoustic pad — the thickest in the range — reducing both in-room and inter-floor sound, with nothing separate to source, schedule or install.
Acoustic performance supports your G6 case, but NZ Building Code compliance must be confirmed against the full installed floor-ceiling system.
The EPC core combines polymer with stone fibre for a stable, solid, quiet floor underfoot — paired with a 0.7mm commercial-grade vinyl wear layer, the most robust in the range. That makes Lifestyle suitable not just for housing but for higher-traffic residential and light-commercial settings where the floor needs to take real wear without showing it.

A refined 8-colour palette spanning warm timber and contemporary neutrals — Blackbutt, Spotted Gum, Husky Grey, Blissful, Almond, Carbon, Harmony and Oatmeal — finished in a matte PU coating. Two plank widths (178mm and 225mm) give flexibility to scale the look from intimate spaces to large open-plan floors.
